ROLE OVERVIEW
The Pitch and Creative Lead, APAC role will support the APAC bid team and wider growth community. This role will report to the Regional Growth Director / Creative Director. The role will be responsible for creating visually compelling, dynamic, and on-brand proposal and presentation materials, delivering high-quality creative outputs that reflect Tag’s pursuit of creative innovation. These presentations will be pivotal to help Tag win business in the APAC market. The role will require both autonomy and leadership skills to collaborate with key regional stakeholders to deliver tailored design and content as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design
Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Powerpoint and other Office applications (Word, Excel)
Innovative use of Powerpoint to craft stand-out presentations.
Superior understanding of graphic design, typography, page layout
Strong understanding of brand guidelines / design disciplines
Possess a critical eye in terms of accuracy and attention to detail
Apply advanced animation to presentations
Retouch images to improve quality, where appropriate
Strong Art Direction - take a brand book (Tag or client) and create bespoke designs that can communicate messages.
Visual storytelling - be able to tell a full campaign story on a single page for case studies.
Brand Guardianship
Design impactful and visually appealing proposal docs, presentations & pitch materials for the APAC market that effectively help differentiate and communicate the company’s offerings / value proposition.
Ensure consistent application of company's brand guidelines & design standards across all bid collateral.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the company including logos, color palettes, typography and design elements.
Incorporate feedback from the bid team and regional stakeholders to refine & optimize the design solutions
Maintain a library of reusable design templates & assets to streamline the bid preparation process
Stay up-to-date with design trends & best practices to continuously enhance the visual impact of our proposals
New Design Solutions
Generate and consistently provide innovative and creative ideas, putting forward imaginative alternatives and questioning traditional approaches
Consider the aesthetic look and feel of any document or piece of communication and provide alternative solutions when necessary
Explore, question, challenge and assimilate the design and production process
An interest in how AI technologies can enhance your process
LOCATION
Chennai and Bangalore.
