About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce QA Engineer with proven experience in testing Salesforce implementations, specifically across CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud modules . This role requires a strong understanding of Agile practices, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality testing outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Sales Cloud.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across Salesforce modules and connected applications.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners during Agile ceremonies to refine requirements and validate solutions.
• Identify, document, and manage defects using industry-standard QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables in line with project deadlines.
• Provide clear testing status updates and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
