We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 6+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and digital analytics. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Python , SQL , and Power BI , with strong expertise in Web / Adobe Analytics to support data-driven decision-making across marketing, product, and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using Python and SQL .
- Build interactive dashboards and analytical models in Power BI to support business reporting and KPI tracking.
- Lead digital analytics initiatives using Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics / other web analytics tools to measure user behaviour, traffic performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop automated data pipelines, scripts, and workflows to streamline reporting processes.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities for marketing, product, and growth teams.
- Conduct A / B testing and funnel analysis to evaluate user experience and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, align data requirements, and deliver meaningful insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance across analytics deliverables.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and storytelling.
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, data automation, APIs).Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databasesExpertise in Power BI (DAX, data modelling, dashboard development).Solid experience with Web Analytics tools , preferably Adobe Analytics ; Google Analytics exposure is a plus.Experience with digital marketing data, e-commerce metrics, or product analytics is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
