Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Umargam. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the factory, including managing production planning, ensuring quality control, and supervising manufacturing operations. Additionally, the Factory Manager will monitor and optimize production efficiency, enforce safety policies, and manage the operations team to meet production targets.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work on-site in Umargam
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
