Role Description :
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team in a full-time remote role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. This role requires someone who is organized, people-oriented, and skilled in maintaining smooth HR processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Draft and publish job descriptions across job portals and social platforms.
- Maintain structured candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure completion of documentation.
- Coordinate induction / orientation for new hires.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement and employee relations activities.
- Assist in executing performance appraisal cycles and documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and process improvements.
- Handle minor conflicts professionally and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain attendance / leave data.
- Use Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and daily HR operations.
Qualifications & Skills :
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR functions.Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and performance management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Mandatory).Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Preferred).Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.Why Join Monastic Media®?
