Job Description
1. Support sales team & achieve East Sales Target for FY 2024-25. 2. Monitor all systems closely to ensure 95% use of chemical quantities as per PO. 3. All KPI should be achieved and ensure Performance Penalty below 1% of Contract value for each customer by end of the financial year. 4.Customer retention - 95% of customers should be retained on satisfactory treatment performance. 5.Conduct technical audit, performance review, training at key accounts, take corrective actions and improve systems. Quarterly Customer Satisfaction Survey - 80% of existing customers. 6.Increase in sales through new applications. 7.In addition to main responsibility of RTS-North, extend technical support to Fertilizers plant all over India through email / telephone and physical visits at least once per 6 months. : 8.Ensure Chembond Flux Implementation - Data Entry & Management Sheets. 9.Ensure submission of monthly reports to customers in 1st week of each month (evidence by email communication). : 10.Develop one person in each region for application of CWT, BWT, RO, WTP Troubleshooting. 11.Training to newly joined, SIC, ATS.
Education Qualifications
Behavioural Profile
Should lead the technical team in the region, coordinate well with CTS, laboratory, equipment, regional sales team and other important department like supply-chain, accounts.
Desired Skills
Knowledge of all water treatment applications viz. BWT, CWT, RO, ETP. Good presentation skills, problem solving ability. Ready to travel at short notice.
