Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Company Secretary. The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining statutory records, managing board meetings, and preparing necessary documentation. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders, advising on corporate governance practices, and supporting legal and administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth business operations.

Responsibilities :

• Own the inhouse Secretarial functions along with an Out-Sourced Partner.
• Own the end-to-end cycle of fund raising from secretarial and compliance perspectives.
• Work with investment bankers and investors for documentation.
• Deal with Depository Services companies (NSDL and CDSL) and RTA for demat shares of the company
• Investor Relationships.
