Role & responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy :
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Align recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management :
Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.Partner with business heads and HR leadership to understand and fulfill hiring requirements effectively.Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.End-to-End Recruitment :
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level and critical positions.Source, attract, and assess candidates through innovative sourcing methods, including social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.Employer Branding :
Strengthen the employer brand by promoting the company's culture and values.Develop creative initiatives to enhance candidate experience and engagement.Data-Driven Recruitment :
Utilize recruitment analytics to track key metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and optimize processes.Prepare and present recruitment reports to leadership.Compliance & Best Practices :
Ensure adherence to company policies, DEI standards, and relevant employment laws.Stay updated with industry trends and best practicesPreferred candidate profile
Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (8+ years) in Talent Acquisition with a strong background in leadership roles.Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment analytics tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalismSkills Required
