Position overview :
We are looking for a skilled Content Writer with 3-4 years of experience to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with a strong command of English, excellent research abilities, and a passion for creating compelling content that drives business results. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality, value-driven content across multiple formats and channels to engage our B2B and B2B2C audiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Writing
Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content for various formats including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and website copy
Develop scripts for podcasts, videos, and other multimedia content
Create both long-form thought leadership pieces and short-form social media content that adds value to our audience
Craft compelling pitch decks and presentation materials for sales and marketing teams
Write and edit content briefs that clearly communicate project requirements, target audience, and key messaging
Research & Strategy
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform content strategy
Interview subject matter experts, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather authentic insights and stories
Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate relevant information into content planning
Analyze target audience needs and pain points to create content that resonates and provides solutions
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and align content accordingly
Content Performance & Creative Thinking
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics including engagement rates, conversion rates, and lead generation
Conduct A / B tests on subject lines, headlines, and content formats to improve performance

Required Qualifications :
Experience & Background
3-4 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in B2B or B2B2C environments
Background in relevant industry sectors or journalism with strong transferable skills
Proven portfolio demonstrating versatility across different content formats and industries
Experience writing for business audiences with understanding of professional communication standards
Writing & Language Skills
Exceptional English proficiency with strong grammar, spelling, and style abilities
Ability to write in simple, clear language that makes complex topics accessible
Experience adapting writing style and tone for different audiences and platforms
