Strategic & Planning
- Manage accountability for assigned verticals , supporting business units with relevant marketing campaigns and collaterals.
- Plan the annual marketing calendar , including product campaigns, lead targets, execution plans, and budget allocations.
Functional Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated B2B marketing campaign strategies for key products and services.Use multi-channel marketing approaches to achieve campaign objectives, including qualified lead generation.Ensure clear metrics for each campaign and track ROI in line with pre-defined goals.Collaborate with stakeholders across Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, Events, Brand & Design, Content, Media / PR , and international / regional offices.Manage implementation, tracking, and measurement of campaigns on time and within budget; deliver results via presentations and share learnings for future campaigns.Brief and manage external agencies (creative, digital, media planning) to deliver campaigns as per requirements.Stay updated with current trends in campaign marketing , competitor mapping, and market research.People Development & Additional Responsibilities
Undertake special projects or additional responsibilities as assigned, in coordination with reporting manager and HR.Skills Required
