Job Description : Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating engaging content, running high-performing paid campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive measurable growth. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Create, curate, and manage content (images, videos, blogs, and posts) across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor, listen, and engage with communities to cultivate relationships, leads, and sales.
- Conduct social media audits and ensure best practices are applied.
- Oversee social ad campaigns, promotions, and influencer / community outreach.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with insights for continuous improvement.
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and affiliate networks.Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions through A / B testing, creative experimentation, and audience segmentation.Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to deliver impactful creatives and landing pages.Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns achieve performance goals.Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.Provide actionable insights from campaign analytics and performance reports.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in social media and / or performance marketing roles.Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) .Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and paid campaign management.Adequate knowledge of SEO, CRO, web design, and affiliate / email marketing.Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
