Job Title : Senior Full Stack Developer (Python + React)

Location : Nagpur Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Experience : 5-8 Years

Joining : Immediate to 30 days

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) and React.js.
  • Design and implement REST APIs and integrate with front-end components and third-party services.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver new features.
  • Ensure coding best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and maintain high code quality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
  • Manage application deployments and collaborate with DevOps for CI / CD processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

  • Python (5 years) with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
  • React.js (3 years), Redux, Hooks, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
  • REST API design and integration expertise
  • Database skills SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) & familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • HTML5, CSS3, responsive design principles
  • Git version control and CI / CD experience
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodology

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Client and stakeholder interaction experience
