Job descriptionSalesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Advanced Administrator certification is a plus. Experience with Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud Salesforce architecture knowledge Familiarity with Salesforce data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). Understanding of integration tools (API connections, middleware). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development environment. Experience with Apex and Lightning is a plus Jira ticketing system – used by product teams for tracking development, testing and releases ServiceNow Service Desk ticketing system – used for tracking incidents, service requests and Confluence wiki – used to manage IT documentation Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Experience Cloud & Salesforce Monitoring tools & Sallesforce Data Loader.
