Role Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile professional to take on a unique role that combines strategic support with ownership of key business solutions. Key & Leadership Support :
- Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and Site Head, ensuring alignment on organizational priorities.
- Anticipate and flag potential risks, system gaps, or process breakdowns early, implementing preventive measures.
- Oversee the accuracy of enterprise data, ensuring issues are identified and resolved quickly.
- Represent executive leadership in meetings, fostering clarity, accountability, and timely follow-through.
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision-making.
- Support governance forums, performance reviews, and senior-level communications.
Solution & Process Ownership :
Lead the lifecycle of enterprise solutions (HR, Finance,Legal, Clinical, BI), from requirement gathering to implementation.Collaborate with IT and functional leaders to enhance systems, ensure compliance, and improve user experience.Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovation to drive efficiency.Project & Operational Management :
Maintain a master organizational project plan, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables.Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality outcomes are achieved.Oversee change management initiatives and adoption of new platforms / processes.Monitor and analyze KPIs, using dashboards to highlight risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.Stakeholder Engagement :
Build trusted relationships with global senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams.Establish and enforce clear communication standards across Finance, HR, and Operations.Act as a connector across US / India teams, ensuring alignment across geographies and time zones.Qualifications & Experience :
MBA or equivalent Masters degree in Business, Finance, HR, or Technology.10 - 15 years of progressive experience in strategic operations, enterprise solution management, or program leadership.Proven expertise in Finance, HR, or Clinical / Healthcare operations.Proficiency with enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday, UKG, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, BI tools).Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, macros) and PowerPoint skills.Demonstrated ability to deliver results in global, matrixed organizations.Experience working in global, matrix organizations preferred.Core Competencies :
