Job Description – Recruiter
We are a reputed Structural Engineering firm seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment and HR operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting top talent as well as contributing to employee engagement and HR administration activities to support overall organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain and update a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Generate recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and present periodic recruitment reports.
- Support HR operations including onboarding documentation, employee records management, and HR analytics.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives , HR activities, and internal communication programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, internal processes, and relevant labor regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Recruiter , preferably within the engineering or construction industry.Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tools, and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS & ATS platforms .Preferred Attributes :
Hands-on experience hiring for structural / civil engineering roles.Understanding of technical skill sets related to design, drafting, and construction.Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-driven environment.Skills Required
