Job Summary :
The Crisis Management Manager leads the development, implementation, and execution of crisis management and response strategies. The role ensures the organization is prepared to respond effectively to disruptive events (natural disasters, cyber-attacks, operational failures, reputational crises, etc.), minimizing impact on business continuity, stakeholders, assets, and reputation. The person in this role works closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, external agencies, and communications stakeholders.
