- Experience working on multiple concurrent CPQ projects in a support and enhancement capacity
- Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to interact directly with US-based customers during standard IST working hours
- Proficiency in using ticketing tools and service management platforms
- Experience in estimating effort, setting timelines, and managing client expectations
- Ability to quickly understand existing implementations and provide solutions
- Experience in providing L2 / L3 support for CPQ implementations
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets efficiently
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks
- Ability to collaborate with global teams during standard IST working hours
Desired Skills :
- Experience with using CPQ exposed SOAP and REST APIs
- End to end hands-on experience on integrating CPQ with Salesforce.com (using legacy / lightning adaptor), Oracle Sales Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle E-Business Suite
- Technical hands-on experience on setting up SSO with CPQ
- Experience with Javascript and jQuery
- Technical hands-on experience on BOM Mapping and Asset Based Ordering (ABO)
- Experience with agile methodologies and sprint planning
