The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Birlasoft requirements and a strong ability to source, screen, and close candidates for specialized IT roles.Key Responsibilities :

• End-to-end recruitment for ERP, CRM, and niche technology roles.
• Understand client requirements, particularly for Birlasoft projects, and deliver quality profiles within timelines.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications :
• 2–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technologies.
• Prior experience working on Birlasoft hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Education :
