D365 Retail Support Engineer

Currently we have an urgent Position for Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support role with one of our projects, location based in Bangalore.

Job Location : Bangalore.

Job Description :

• 3 years of experience in leading and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail support projects.
• Experience in D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support.
• Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
• Experience in CDX framework, Retail SDK and Commerce SDK.
• Understanding of E-commerce portal and call module center added advantage.
• Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge.
• Experience in setting up new stores, store migration.
