What We’re Looking For

We are currently hiring Management & Strategy Consultants to join our high-impact Strategy and Innovation Practice in India. This is an opportunity for seasoned consultants with a client-facing pedigree from leading firms or deep expertise in technology and innovation strategy within industrial sectors.

Important :

Please apply ONLY if you meet one of the following criteria :

  • Have direct, client-facing consulting experience at a top-tier firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.)
  • Have deep expertise in business and non-IT technology strategy or innovation roadmapping within the industrial sector (mining, chemicals, manufacturing, etc.)

Roles that are purely research-based or back-office in nature will not be considered. We appreciate your understanding.

What You’ll Do

At Stratalis, every project is different and that’s exactly the point. Whether it is :

  • Helping a top global mining firm anticipate the next wave of disruption,
  • Developing technology roadmaps for a global chemicals giant, or
  • Supporting a major financial services firm to reimagine the future of its industry, you’ll be at the forefront of building what doesn’t yet exist.

    • You’ll work in agile, cross-continental teams, often directly with senior clients. Expect responsibility, impact, and the chance to drive change at scale.

    What You Bring

    Experience :

  • 4+ years in top-tier strategy consulting or innovation / tech strategy in industrial sectors
  • Experience with technology strategy and roadmapping is a strong plus

    • Education :

  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) with strong academics
  • MBAs from top Indian institutions (IIMs, ISB, etc.) or engineering degrees from IITs / NITs / IIITs preferred

    • Skills :

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities
  • Excellent PowerPoint and executive presentation skills; Excel proficiency a plus
  • Outstanding verbal and written English communication

    • Mindset :

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity
  • A passion for breakthrough thinking and meaningful impact
  • Ability to work fluidly across time zones and cultures
