Job Overview

The incumbent is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations across Modern Trade, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels. This includes analyzing and reporting performance data to drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and cost optimization. The role ensures seamless order fulfilment and enhances customer satisfaction through cross-functional collaboration.

Key Stakeholders : Internal

Sales Team (KAMs), Transportation Team and RFMs, Planning Teams, Finance

Key Stakeholders : External

Ecom / Q.Com / D2C chain KAM's, CFA & Hub Operators, Transporters

Reporting Structure

Sr. Chief Manager-Warehouse and Fulfillment

Experience

5+ Years of relevant work ex.

Competencies

  • Familiarity with Modern Trade, Q.com platforms, and retail business operations, ecommerce supply chain processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Exposure to handling supply chain or merchandising for food / FMCG products.
  • Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
