Job description
  • Triages and provides technical expertise in resolving complex product issues
  • Documents sequence of events related to resolving customer technical issues
  • Experience in developing / Supporting the Power Apps processes / bots
  • Test, organize and report the progress of on-going issues on regular basis
  • Prepare and summarize customer input / comments on product features / capabilities for product marketing and planning
  • Having an understanding / experience in Automation Anywhere bot development is preferred
  • Support the Hyper care period after the go-live.
  • Qualifications :

    • Hands on Experience with Power Automate Desktop is must for this position.
    • Min 5+ yrs overall experience
    • Developed at least 10+ Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows
    • Have an experience in SQL data queries with / without PAD flows.
    • Knowledge in any other programming languages (Java / .Net / Python / Angular JS / Node.JS)
    • Knowledge in other RPA tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere)
    • Certifications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop / Power Apps ...)
    • Experience in Support projects
    • Basic :

    • Bachelor s degree in business or related field
    • 4+ years of support experience on Microsoft Power apps
    • Certification regarding Power Apps and Power Platform
    • Understands basic Internet and client / server architectures
    • Ability is work in the shift models (afternoon / night shifts)
    • Preferences :

    • Experience working with development teams preferred
    • Experience in systems implementation, business analysis
    • Skills Required
