Scrum Master - Agile Development

Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Scrum Master to lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills, a solid understanding of Agile frameworks, and experience driving collaboration and continuous improvement. You will act as a servant leader, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while removing impediments that hinder team performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members and product owners on Agile principles and Scrum best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and eliminate blockers, ensuring smooth progress toward sprint and release goals.
• Encourage open communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and team capacity using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Freshworks.
• Maintain discipline around Scrum roles, artifacts, and ceremonies to ensure effective Agile delivery.
• Prepare and present weekly / monthly reports and PowerPoint decks for leadership and governance meetings.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver business value.
• Leverage SAP ECC or S / 4HANA knowledge to support project requirements and integration with business processes.
• Apply a basic understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and demonstrate proficiency in advanced MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Exhibit a bias for action, demonstrating enthusiasm, accountability, and a continuous learning mindset.
