Role Overview :

As Senior Manager – Product Management and Marketing for Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) & Soft Starters, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth, innovation, and market positioning of the VFD product portfolio. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, market insight, and leadership to manage the full product lifecycle and execute impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Management

• Own the product roadmap for VFDs & SSs, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead product development initiatives in collaboration with engineering, R&D, and manufacturing teams.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.
• Define product specifications, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
