Data Scientist - Operations Research

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong expertise in operations research to design and implement large-scale optimization pipelines for customer use cases. This role combines technical depth in applied optimization with the ability to understand and collaborate with customers directly.

Responsibilities :

Develop and deploy optimization models (LP, MIP, heuristics, constraint programming) for complex real-world problems.

Build scalable optimization pipelines with Gurobi (or similar solvers) and Python.

Work closely with customers to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.

Communicate findings and model outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Stay current with research in operations research and optimization methods.

Requirements :

3+ years of experience in optimization, operations research, or applied data science.

Strong experience with Gurobi (preferred), CPLEX, or OR-Tools.

Solid mathematical foundation in optimization and problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers directly.

Advanced degree (MS / PhD) in Operations Research, Industrial Eng, Applied Math, or related field.
