Role Summary :
We’re looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive who can convert leads via telephone calls. You will be instrumental in growing our customer base, understanding market dynamics, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to convert them into clients where leads generated by Marketing Team
- Handle full sales cycle over phone : pitching, objections, follow-ups, and closing
- Maintain and update CRM with call records, sales data, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with marketing to align on promotions, offers, and product launches
- Achieve monthly / quarterly targets and contribute to business growth strategies
- Leadership to Manage the Team
