Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive Supply Chain Finance activities including performance management reporting with insightful commentary on variances and business performance.
- Conduct financial modeling for PSP, AOP Phase-1, Phase-2, and rolling forecasts.
- Perform 'what-if' and scenario analysis to support strategic planning.
- Collect and validate data to support decision-making processes within BUs.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and data in line with SLA commitments.
- Engage regularly (twice weekly) with senior BU stakeholders to update business performance and gather feedback on COE performance.
- Collaborate with Data Modelling, Governance, and Process Improvement leads to simplify and standardize reports, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Lead monthly management committee meetings to track progress on initiatives, change requests, policies, and overall COE performance.
- Facilitate weekly connects with BU and team members to review KPIs, performance, and process accuracy, including team management tasks such as hiring and onboarding.
- Participate in quarterly steering committee meetings to discuss strategic directions, new initiatives, and long-term projects.
