Supporting enterprise control function which comprises of global HR Technology, Finance, Global Market and corporate affairs, Global Corporate Services, Corporate security, Collaboration, Content, Document and Digital Management, Portals, Search and Mobile Technologies.

Job Description. .

Seeking a Workday Technical Product Specialist to analyze, design, transform and implement activities globally. Additional responsibilities include supporting the delivered Workday HCM solutions. The work involves close partnership with the HR Technology team members globally as well as stakeholders in the HR business COEs, Digital / IT, External Vendor organizations. Key objectives include delivery of best-in-class HR technology solutions that support business needs and objectives.

Responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include :

Design, develop and implement enhancements, customizations and break / fix to Workday Human Capital Management system for Workday.

• Create technical designs from business requirements and engineer and develop technical solutions based on those designs.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for all changes made to the system.
• Prepare test plans & test scripts.
• Manage configuration and regression testing for Workday releases.
• Actively participate in Workday Community (including User Groups) to identify any problems / solutions with current configurations.

Requirements

Education. B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech / BSC / MSC / BCA / MCA / MBA

Experience Range. 8 to 11 years.

Certifications If Any Workday Pro Certification on the related domains will be an added plus.
