Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure business needs are translated into functional requirements.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Product Owners) to ensure clarity in requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Support solution design, impact analysis, and system enhancements with clear Skills & Qualifications :
  • Experience : 2- 5 years as a Business Analyst in IT Services / Product Engineering.
  • Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, Wireframes, Process Maps, and User Stories.
  • Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to product engineering, AI / GenAI-driven applications, or cloudnative solutions is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
