Job Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in reporting. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Excel and possess a good understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and payment reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Track and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Support payroll processing and tax compliance activities.
- Prepare reports and summaries using Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.1 – 4 years of experience in accounts or finance roles.Strong knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Accuracy and timeliness of financial entries and reports.Efficient management of accounts payable / receivable.Compliance with accounting and statutory requirements.Timely support in audits and internal reporting.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
