Responsibilities :
- Define inspection standards and quality judgment criteria for products;
supervise and ensure the effective implementation of quality standards.
Monitor process control in EMS and drive continuous improvement of quality performance.Collect and analyze quality data;organize teams to develop and implement quality improvement actions.
Follow the FA (Failure Analysis) process for customer returns and submit 8D reports with effective problem-solving.Handle customer audits, internal audits, and hierarchical audits;drive timely closure ofidentified issues.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or aboveAt least 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturingNative English speaker (Chinese proficiency is a strong plus)Familiarity with EMS SMT / PCBA processes and quality operationsStrong knowledge of IATF 16949 quality management systemProficiency in quality tools and structured problem-solving methodologies
