We are seeking an experienced and process-driven Senior Manager - HR Operations & Systems to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our core HR infrastructure.

This role will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing HR systems, rolling out a structured performance management process, integrating employee development tools, and ensuring end-to-end compliance and operational excellence across all HR Systems & Technology :

• Benchmark and evaluate our current HRMS (Keka) against other leading platforms; lead the transition and implementation if required.
• Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless workflows across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, payroll, and exit processes.
• Lead the integration of tools such as Mettl or other development platforms to support assessments and L&D Management :
• Design and implement a comprehensive performance management system aligned with business objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback structures, review cycles, and calibration processes.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure smooth execution and adoption across all teams.
