Role Overview
The Production Coordinator will manage and execute all content shoots for the agency’s brands. This role involves scheduling shoots, coordinating with creators, managing teams on-ground, ensuring deliverables are met, and sending daily / weekly reports to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate brand shoots (reels, photos, campaigns).
Maintain shoot calendars and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with creators, videographers, editors, models, and internal teams.
Ensure all shoot requirements, props, and logistics are arranged.
Track daily progress of content production and maintain shoot checklists.
Ensure monthly content targets (reels / videos / photos) are completed.
Maintain Excel / Google Sheets for tracking deliverables and shoot status.
Send daily reports and weekly performance summaries to the Founder.
Ensure smooth on-ground execution during shoots.
Resolve conflicts, manage people, and ensure everyone meets timelines.
Assist in managing budgets for shoots and vendor payouts (if required).
Maintain clear communication between creative, brand, and production teams.
Required Skills
Strong coordination and time-management abilities.
Basic to intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and follow deadlines.
Understanding of reels / content production workflow.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
1–3 years experience in content production / shoots / agency operations.
Experience in managing creators or shoots preferred.
Salary Range (Mumbai)
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 depending on experience.
