🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance Analyst with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and strong accounting fundamentals. This role demands familiarity with US GAAP, excellent communication skills in English, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a global finance environment are encouraged to apply.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial statements and prepare reports aligned with US GAAP
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies
Communicate financial insights clearly and professionally to stakeholders
Leverage advanced Excel skills for financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting

✅ Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory

Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills

Familiarity with US GAAP and international financial reporting standards

Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Willingness to work in US shift (Night shift)

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards)
