Tech Lead - Backend Development

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead Backend to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable backend systems, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to a team of backend engineers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and implement high-impact, distributed systems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend systems using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and cloud-native microservices-based solutions.
• Mentor and manage a team of 45 engineers, guiding them in best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure high code quality through design and code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps to deliver well-integrated features.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from planning to production support.
• Promote a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.
