• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify top talent.
• Craft engaging outreach messages to attract passive candidates and increase response rates.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on candidate pipelines using ATS or tracking systems.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit before passing to hiring managers.
