Social Media Consultant
Role : Consultant – Social Media Reporting & Analysis
Tentative Start Date : As soon as possible
Working Days & time : Sunday to Thursday from 12 : 30 PM to 8 : 30 PM IST
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily reporting and analysis using Talkwalker dashboards and supplemental searches.
- Extract and analyze data from traditional social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter / X, YouTube) and new-age platforms (TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitch, etc.).
- Interpret client requests and translate them into actionable social media insights.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports consolidating data from both crawlable and non-crawlable social media platforms.
- Provide real-time and post-event insights contextualized as Analyst commentary via calls, emails, and reports.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on expertise in social listening and reporting using Talk walker (mandatory).Strong knowledge of both traditional and emerging social media platforms.Proven ability to extract, organize, and synthesize data into meaningful insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-ready reporting.Ability to contextualize online / social media landscapes into clear, actionable insights.
