🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a PR, Marketing & Content Manager to drive brand communication, media presence, and storytelling for Kedia Group and its brands. This role will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure consistent, credible, and impactful communication across platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Public Relations & Media

• Plan and execute PR and media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Build and manage relationships with regional and national media
• Draft press releases, media pitches, brand stories, and leadership communication
• Drive media coverage for launches, campaigns, corporate announcements, and events
• Coordinate interviews and media interactions for leadership

Marketing & Brand Communication

• Align PR narratives with ongoing marketing and brand campaigns
• Support brand messaging across digital, ATL, and corporate touchpoints
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and positioning across all external communication

Content Writing & Storytelling

• Create and edit content for press releases, blogs, website, social captions, and brand narratives
• Support campaign messaging, product stories, and corporate communication
• Work closely with design and social teams to translate ideas into strong content

Reputation & Issue Management (Light)

• Monitor media and digital platforms for brand mentions and sentiment
• Support leadership and agencies during sensitive communication or issue-response scenarios
• Ensure timely and aligned communication when required

Agency & Reporting

• Coordinate with PR agencies, freelancers, and vendors
• Track media coverage, key narratives, and communication impact
• Prepare regular PR and communication reports for leadership

🔹 What We Expect

• 5+ years of experience in PR, marketing communications, or content-led roles
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Existing media relationships and pitching experience
• Understanding of FMCG / Corporate / Real Estate communication is a plus
• Structured, calm, and proactive working style
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities
