Position : Design Studio Head Domain : Architecture (Residential / Commercial / Healthcare) Experience : 18–22 years

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the design studio operations , ensuring design excellence across all projects.

• Drive architecture planning and execution for large-scale residential, commercial, and healthcare projects.
• Build, mentor, and manage a diverse team of architects and designers, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
• Ensure seamless integration of systems and processes , balancing technical and commercial requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions.
• Manage client relationships with strong communication and negotiation skills, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Maintain a design-focused approach while also ensuring project feasibility and commercial viability.
• Provide leadership in both boutique studio settings (teams up to 100) and larger organizational structures.
