Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the logistics sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Pitch logistics services to clients, effectively communicating value propositions tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, cargo , or supply chain industries.
  • Strong understanding of logistics services, supply chain operations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
