Key Responsibilities :
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and stay updated on industry trends.
- Pitch logistics services to clients, effectively communicating value propositions tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills :
Bachelor's degree in any field.3–5 years of proven sales experience in logistics, cargo , or supply chain industries.Strong understanding of logistics services, supply chain operations, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.Skills Required
