Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Techno-Functional Consultant who will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing Business Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of functional expertise (Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing) and technical skills (extensions, integrations, customizations) to support end-to-end ERP implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) across multiple modules.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional and technical solutions.

Configure and customize Business Central to align with business processes.

Develop and manage extensions, integrations, and reports using AL language and other Microsoft tools.

Support warehousing, supply chain, finance, and manufacturing modules based on project needs.

Conduct UAT, system testing, and end-user training sessions.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in collaboration with technical and functional teams.

Prepare technical documentation, functional design documents, and provide post-go-live support.

Skill & Qualification :

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.

Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant handling both functional processes and technical customization.

Expertise in at least two of the following modules : Finance, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Inventory Management.

Good knowledge of AL / C / AL programming, extensions, APIs, and integration concepts.

Understanding of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) and Microsoft ecosystem integration.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Microsoft Certified : Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional / Technical Consultant Associate.

Experience in upgrade or migration projects (NAV to Business Central).

Exposure to Azure and DevOps environment.
