Part time Senior Accountant

My Cloud Crew is a Talent as a Service provider that offers businesses access to a virtual remote team with specialized expertise in digital marketing paid ads marketing virtual assistance financial control and web development. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to work for our client.

Job Responsibilities :

• Cash Flow Management : Monitor daily cash balances forecast cash requirements and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
• Financial Analysis : Conduct variance analysis identify financial trends and provide actionable insights to support decisionmaking.
• Invoicing : Manage endtoend invoicing processes ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
• Bookkeeping : Oversee daily transactions and maintain clean and uptodate ledgers in Xero.
• Xero Expertise : Utilize advanced features of Xero for reconciliation reporting and automation of accounting tasks.
• SOPs & Documentation : Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation for all finance processes.
• EndofMonth Reporting : Prepare and deliver accurate monthend financial reports including P&L statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. Proven expertise in Xero and accounting automation tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
