About this role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Sales Representative / Appointment Setter
to handle incoming leads, call CRM-based leads, and actively move prospects through our sales pipeline.
This role is all about
high-volume calling ,
effective communication , and
consistent follow-ups
to convert leads into scheduled consultations or meetings with our professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
incoming leads
and ensure timely outreach.
Call and engage with leads stored in the
CRM system .
Manage and maintain the
sales pipeline
with accuracy and attention to detail.
Keep
clear and organized call notes
after every interaction.
Conduct regular and strategic
follow-ups
to improve conversion rates.
Understand lead psychology and tailor your pitch to maximize appointments.
Successfully
convincing leads to book consultations / meetings
with the respective professionals.
Meet and exceed daily KPIs (e.g.,
50+ calls per day ).
Work in alignment with the
EST time zone
schedule.
Collaborate with the team and communicate updates effectively.
Requirements
Minimum
1–2 years of experience
in a fast-paced sales or appointment-setting role.
Proven experience making
50+ calls per day .
Strong understanding of
CRM tools
and
sales pipeline management .
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
Deep understanding of the
psychology of sales
and how to build rapport.
Strong follow-up habits and ability to nurture leads over time.
High-energy, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset.
Comfortable working
Monday to Saturday
on
EST time zone .
Ability to work independently with accountability.
