Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Smilecure Lifestyle Private Limited, located in Barasat. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and providing training to the sales team. Daily tasks will include developing and executing sales strategies, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with potential and existing clients. The role will involve collaborating with other departments to optimize sales efforts and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
• Ability to provide Training to the sales team
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in the healthcare or lifestyle industry is a plus
