Educational Qualification :

  • B. Pharmacy (mandatory)
  • MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Type : Full-time, On-site

Salary : 25,000 / - 30,000 / -

Location : Head Office – Nigdi, Pune, Maharashtra

Experience Required : 0–2 year (Freshers may apply)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries.
  • Generate and manage leads under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support in presenting product portfolios to clients and understanding their requirements.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • 2. Sales Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
  • Support seniors in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Maintain and update client databases and visit reports.
  • 3. Market & Product Understanding

  • Learn about cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical raw materials (Essential oils, Actives, Excipients, etc.).
  • Stay updated on Market Trends, Product Launches, and Competitor Activities.
  • Participate in Exhibitions, Expos, and Marketing Events when required.
  • 4. Communication & Relationship Management

  • Communicate effectively with clients via email, calls, and meetings.
  • Build trust and credibility with clients through consistent follow-ups and service.
  • 5. Learning & Development

  • Gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing of raw materials.
  • Receive Mentorship from the Business Development and Sales team to grow into a managerial role.
  • Desired Skills :

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Interest in the Cosmetic, Nutraceutical, or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Good analytical and negotiation ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel within India as required.
