Roles And Responsibilities
- Work with the Account manager & central community and understand the needs and develop execution plans that meet their objectives within the given budget.
- Develop and nurture relationships with students, and stakeholders like wardens,
caretakers etc to enhance residents' experience and increase visibility of the community
experiences .
Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership, negotiate and manage contracts,and develop joint marketing strategies.
Oversee all aspects of event production, including but not limited to : vendor management,venue selection, decor, audio / visual, catering, transportation, and security.
Manage on-site event operations to ensure a successful and memorable experience for allguests.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event planning process or on the day ofthe event.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that each event isinnovative and cutting-edge.
Maintain positive relationships with all vendors and suppliers to secure preferentialtreatment and pricing.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve event planning processes and makerecommendations to senior management.- Drive app downloads and increase social media followers to boost community
engagement.
