1. Responsible for behavioral & leadership training up to middle management, with added program and administrative support.
2. Brings 12–14 years experience (8–10 as trainer) in soft skills, leadership development, TNA, and impact assessment.
3. Skilled in leadership, communication, adaptability, and stakeholder management, with strong English, MS Office / G-Suite expertise, and flexibility for evening shifts & travel.
