Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments : Operations, F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Projects.
Build and maintain active pipelines for bulk, mid-senior, and leadership roles.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, social media, and campus partnerships.
Drive hiring for pre-opening teams of new hotels in Kohima, Dimapur, and other upcoming projects.
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner with General Managers, HODs, and corporate leadership to understand manpower needs.
Provide weekly and monthly recruitment dashboards to management.
Ensure efficient coordination between candidates and hiring teams.
3. Process & Compliance
Implement structured screening, assessment, and interview processes.
Ensure recruitment documentation, offer letters, and HRIS entries are accurate.
Reduce hiring turnaround time while maintaining quality.
4. Employer Branding
Strengthen the organization’s presence on LinkedIn and major job portals.
Execute recruitment marketing activities for the hospitality sector.
Promote Hotel Polo Towers Group as an employer of choice across Northeast India.
5. People & Performance
Lead the recruitment team and mentor junior recruiters.
Continuously improve talent acquisition strategies using data-driven insights.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of hospitality hiring or Real Estate hiring across multiple verticals. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage high-volume and multi-location hiring. Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HR tech tools. Analytical mindset with experience in dashboards and reporting.
