ServiceNow Sr. SPM Developer / Admin

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Sr. SPM Developer / Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and the ability to design, configure, and support end-to-end solutions, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management.

This role involves working on solution design, development, integrations, automations, upgrades, and platform stability to ensure seamless delivery of SPM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as ServiceNow Admin with strong SPM experience

Hands-on expertise in SPM modules : Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace

Conduct requirements gathering and solution design

Perform impact assessment on new solutions and SPM enhancements

Configure scripts, catalog forms, and workflows

Carry out system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support

Manage code reviews, migrations, and production rollouts

Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems

Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub

Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment

Perform daily health checks and resolve performance issues

Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams for issue resolution and defect fixes

Required Skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant ServiceNow SPM experience

Strong understanding of SPM Product Suite and its integrations

Proficiency in ServiceNow platform administration

Knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub

Experience in testing, rollout planning, and production support

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and automate tasks
