Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer travel needs
- Create customized itineraries & holiday packages
- Handle flight, hotel, tour & transfer bookings
- Manage calls, WhatsApp & email inquiries
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers & vendors
- Prepare quotations & invoices
- Ensure smooth travel experience & customer satisfaction
